• For wrong size selection, the customer bears both return and replacement shipping costs.
• Minor Alterations: Available at our studio within 10 days of delivery, subject to feasibility.
• Customized/Made-to-Order Products: Not eligible for exchange. Alterations may be offered where applicable.
• Used, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags/packaging, non-exchangeable clearance items, previously exchanged products, and late claims are not eligible.
