You can visit us at The Saturdé Studio in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. We are open Tuesday to Sunday, 12 pm – 6 pm.

How can I customize the designs?
We accept custom requests on our Modern Indianwear including neck depth, length adjustments, colour variations, sleeve attachments, and more. Simply drop us a WhatsApp message +91 7827649959 and we can discuss your requirements. You can notify us of any custom requests before ordering or within 2 days of ordering your garment. Nominal additional charges on custom changes may be levied depending on the scope of the change.
If you want an entirely custom piece, please reach out to us directly on Whatsapp/Instagram and we will design the piece suited to your vision.
We do not make adjustments on our Westernwear, but if you have a specific request, you can check with us and we’ll see what we can do.

Please reach out to our customer service team and we will arrange a pre-order for you, subject to availability.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept return/exchange requests made within 24 hours of delivery for size issues, damaged items and wrong items. An unboxing video is required to verify claims. You must keep the order in its original packaging and ensure it is unused with tags attached.
In case of specific sizing issues, we are happy to offer free minor alterations at our studio within 10 days of delivery. Please let us know and drop by/ship your garment to our studio location.
For items that are made-to-order or have been customized to any degree by you, we offer free alterations, not returns or exchanges.
Once a return/exchange request has been made, please arrange a pickup and send your parcel back to our studio location. In case of exchanges, we will ship the new exchanged item back to you at no extra cost pan-India. In case of returns, the amount will be credited to your wallet.
Ineligible for return/exchange:
1. Clearance sale articles
2. Used/worn articles
3. Articles that have already been exchanged before
4. Custom articles

Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
Westernwear articles are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Indianwear articles have a production timeline of 2-3 weeks. If you have an urgent requirement, kindly reach out to us directly on Instagram or Whatsapp.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping (Free)
Within Delhi/NCR – 1-2 days
Pan-India – 4-7 days
Express shipping (Extra Fees)
Within Delhi/NCR – same day (fees calculated by Porter)
Pan-India – 2-4 days (Rs.50-100 depending on distance)
We strive to ensure timely and smooth delivery for every order. Kindly note that unforeseen circumstances/naturally occurring events may occasionally cause delays at the courier partner’s end despite our best efforts.

Payments
What are the available modes of payment?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI and other forms of payments are accepted via PayU.
We also offer Partial Cash on Delivery. Just pay 15% as a booking advance online, and the remaining amount can be paid at the doorstep when your order arrives.
