1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
📌 Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order products
Indianwear products (as they are handcrafted / made to order)
Items bought during sale, discount, or clearance periods
Accessories (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with:

4. Return Pickup
If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable)
In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
Return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is from our end
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer or UPI
📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Only size exchanges may be allowed (Westernwear only)
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
8. Shipping Timelines (For Reference)
Westernwear: 4–7 days
Indianwear: 2–3 weeks
